maldives in late april?

anyone been to the maldives in late april early may? i've read its the start of the wet season, did you get many storms?

nowadays the wet is so changeble!!

l'm a travel agent and we sent lots of customers there in february and they found only rain, so l think it's not so likely u'll find rain in april! good luck

Wet, windy and the sea gets pretty choppy so it's not ideal. But then there are tempting prices at this time! If you avoided May altogether you'd most likely have a good time. It suddenly changes dramatically in May.

If it's wet season don't go. Go when you are likely to get dry warm weather as the beach lifestyle is the main attraction there.
